How do you know if you need a visa? Have a look on the website of the country you plan to spend (most of) your traveldays. It depends on what nationality you have if you need a visa.

When it turns out you do need a visa that website will tell you where and how to apply for it. It is very important to prepare your application the best you can. And I can help you with writing a cover letter and help you prepare. You need to make sure that is is clear why you want to come, where you will be staying and that you will return home before your visa expires. You can do that by showing  reservations, invitations and explanations like your work contract, salary slips, bank account, home ownership, family that will not travel with you etc.
