When she was still young that included things like travelling on a mule to a Bedouin wedding celebration in a dessert village or walk around Palmyra's ruins but nowadays - as people get older - she has to stick to less adventurous things like visiting old monasteries in France, sipping tea on the Dutch seashore or discovering remote Scotland with her friends.
